Responsibilities:

1. Implementation:

  • Assist in executing the WOHLA program through CSC and NGO channels, including tracking progress and resolving operational challenges.
  • Design the strategy for new channels and coordinate the activation of WOHLA for Workplace and Health and Social Care (HSC) channels, ensuring smooth implementation across these domains.
  • Support the integration of new partnerships into WOHLA, aligning them with the appropriate channels and customizing the WOHLA tech dashboard for tracking purposes.
  • Ensure streamlined data flow from on-ground and its availability on the tech dashboard.
  • Work closely with the Senior Manager to synchronize implementation activities with Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL), technology partnerships, and communications teams.

2. Donor and Partner Interface:

  • Assist in preparing and submitting quarterly and annual reports to donors like FHM Engage/USAID.
  • Support the organization of weekly and quarterly donor/client meetings, managing documentation requirements, and responding to information requests.
  • Help coordinate accompanied visits, ensuring thorough preparation and alignment with donor/client expectations.
  • Assist in finalizing and aligning the work plan with donor/client expectations.

3. Need based support: Provide support for other roles as needed including communications, partnership development, and event coordination, to ensure seamless execution of WOHLA initiatives.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, public health, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 4-6 years of relevant experience in project management, partnership development, or program implementation.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with NGOs, government bodies, or donor agencies is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management tools.

      1. A Business Acumen: Adept at identifying new clients and opportunities. Build and utilize knowledge of current & future industry practices and trends to position Samhita as a trusted advisor and critical business partner. Actively demonstrate knowledge of competition to proactively position Samhita against competition.

      • The incumbent is expected to manage all strategic relationships and partners pertaining to access to credit through financial products.
      • S/he is expected to build capacity of partners after identifying the right ones from the current pool of partners, based on ground intel and data, to achieve scale.
      • S/he is expected to manage all aspects of the partner engagement including but not limited to partner onboarding, documentation, compliance checks, disbursement of funds (and collection where applicable), collection of data in a timely manner following due process, quality checks as and when needed etc. Infrequent field visits may be required.
      • Perform other related duties as required.
      • Work with Govt stakeholders such as State Urban livelihoods mission, Urban Local bodies and other govt agencies in Livelihoods space.

      Responsibilities

      • Manage all partner relationships pertaining to access to credit through financial products
      • Track each NGO/execution partner to ensure compliance and efficiency of operations
      • Manage relationships with lending partners
      • Spearhead disbursement and collection of returnable grants
      • Build and maintain a structured process and objective check-list for partner onboarding and ongoing operations
      • Manage partner costs and ensure adherence to Samhita’s bottom line and margins
      • Liaise with internal stakeholders across functional areas for smooth project operations
      • Maintain a positive, constructive, and co-creative relationship with stakeholders and partners as well as contributing to growing such network.
      • Recommending and Implementing process for improvements to programs.
      • Identifying the key financial and non-financial risks, recommending actions for mitigation of those risks.

      Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

      • 5+ years of experience in the program management/Operations roles, should have handled large scale mandates.
      • Experience of working with financial services products, especially credit products for the micro and nano enterprises segment.
      • Post-Graduation degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field from a reputed college
      • Strong hold on data, number crunching and data analysis is mandatory
      • Ability to multitask and work with multiple stakeholders and diverse set of requirements
      • Proven track record of building programs from scratch and executing and scaling it will be an added advantage.
      • Good communication and interpersonal skills

          Manager/Sr. Manager– Growth, Innovation & Strategy

          Role Overview:

          • The role sits within Samhita’s Growth and Innovation team, the apex team responsible for developing and scaling new initiatives as well as orchestrating programs/ initiatives within the organization. The role requires collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to create pitch decks, track existing programs and develop a broader strategy for the organization. The role is integral for the organization’s REVIVE Alliance, through which we aim to impact 10 million lives in the next 5 years.
          • The Team touches on all key aspects of the Samhita Social Impact work lifecycle, including conceptualization and design of new solutions and aid models, forging partnerships with funders and partners for their execution plan creation and program incubation, as well as creating client pitches to engage with newer funding and strategic partners.
          • This role is for you, if you are someone who loves problem solving is a self-starter and is looking to work in a fluid, dynamic environment with evolving challenges and opportunities for constant learning.

          Responsibilities

          • Lead the strategy vertical, including working in close collaboration with the CEO and senior management
          • Support in building strategic partnerships with corporate and institutional donors through pitchbooks, concept notes, presentations and client engagement
          • Design newer solutions across livelihood, gender equality, financial inclusion, digital transformation and related social impact themes including developing the theory of change, storyboarding the narrative in MS Office, and working with Implementation, Research & MEL Teams to customize the solution per client needs
          • Support the leadership in internal firm strategy, innovation and growth planning
          • Work cross-teams in preparing responses to grants & tenders (RFPs) per emerging needs

          Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

          1. 8+ years of experience in a Big 4 consulting/ strategy role
          2. MBA, MPA/MPP from reputed university/institute
          3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
          4. Very strong MS Office and written Business English skills
          5. Strong Interpersonal, client management and presentation skills
          6. High interest working in Social Impact Space, and ability to work flexibly to meet deadlines
          7. Ability to contribute beyond the defined scope of work
