Over the past 14 years since our establishment, we have already impacted over 16 million lives, while partnering with 350+ social organizations, 250+ corporate and individual donors, and 30+ government foundations and international aid agencies. We aim to drive holistic social development for our participants by ensuring they are given access to multiple interventions ranging from livelihoods, skilling, social protection, digital empowerment, and financial inclusion.
Responsibilities:
1. Implementation:
- Assist in executing the WOHLA program through CSC and NGO channels, including tracking progress and resolving operational challenges.
- Design the strategy for new channels and coordinate the activation of WOHLA for Workplace and Health and Social Care (HSC) channels, ensuring smooth implementation across these domains.
- Support the integration of new partnerships into WOHLA, aligning them with the appropriate channels and customizing the WOHLA tech dashboard for tracking purposes.
- Ensure streamlined data flow from on-ground and its availability on the tech dashboard.
- Work closely with the Senior Manager to synchronize implementation activities with Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL), technology partnerships, and communications teams.
2. Donor and Partner Interface:
- Assist in preparing and submitting quarterly and annual reports to donors like FHM Engage/USAID.
- Support the organization of weekly and quarterly donor/client meetings, managing documentation requirements, and responding to information requests.
- Help coordinate accompanied visits, ensuring thorough preparation and alignment with donor/client expectations.
- Assist in finalizing and aligning the work plan with donor/client expectations.
3. Need based support: Provide support for other roles as needed including communications, partnership development, and event coordination, to ensure seamless execution of WOHLA initiatives.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, public health, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 4-6 years of relevant experience in project management, partnership development, or program implementation.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience working with NGOs, government bodies, or donor agencies is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management tools.
