Role Overview:

Head of Content will be responsible for creating high level and transformational content strategy based on the business objectives of the organization. The role will be responsible for overseeing and developing content requirements both short and long term across the life cycle of different projects, and deliver high level, authentic and impactful content. Content Head is also accountable for planning, creation, curation of content by brainstorming creative ways of engaging with diverse audience across the ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, identifying potential risks and advising on enhancing stakeholder transparency.
  • Complete checking of financial records of both the parties before and after the program is implemented.
  • Accountable to put a detailed framework in place that will help the teams to measure the impact and deliverables outlined in the project.
  • Ensuring all the necessary compliance, approvals, terms and conditions, approval mechanism, payment plan, etc is in place and as per the guidelines of the CSR norms.
  • To check and give an assessment on the organizations management of its human resources and their impact on CSR and how effectively the resources are allocated.
  • Examining controls and practices in place, review mechanism, processes in place and to what extent they are in line with the current best practices.

Skills Sets

  • Ideal candidate would be someone who has an accounting degree with hands on 8-10 years of experience handling audits, due diligence in the CSR space.
  • Though understanding of the CSR norms and industry best practices is a must.
  • Must have done due diligence independently for mid to large projects.
  • Ability to work under less supervision and tight deadlines.
  • Experience with CSR norms, regulations and exceptions within the act. Additionally, along with financial expertise must have an understanding of legal compliance. Should also be comfortable in presenting the findings to the client.
