Credit, skills, and employment are too often tackled one at a time, leaving women to navigate each gap alone. Since FY23, POWER (Promoting Opportunities for Women's Economic Resilience), supported by DXC, has built an integrated pathway across Delhi NCR, Madhya Pradesh, and Maharashtra, spanning entrepreneurship development, financial inclusion, and NSDC-aligned skilling. 900 women were trained for employment, with 810 placed, a 90% placement rate, and 76% retention. A further 910 women were supported through the loan process, resulting in 269 sanctions and ₹1.13 crore in credit. 200 women received Returnable Grants totalling ₹30 lakh. 50 women were trained and certified through GDA skilling, with 42 placed. 600 women were trained to sell digitally on ONDC, with 240 becoming active sellers.

Women farmers in India's aspirational districts often have no interest-free, collateral-free way to smooth cash flow between harvests, leaving them dependent on moneylenders or forced to sell assets. Since FY24, EmpowerHER, supported by IndusInd Bank, has provided 10,000 women farmers across Maharashtra, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and Rajasthan with ₹10,000 in flexible working capital as a Returnable Grant. There is no interest and no collateral, and repayment rests on moral obligation. The grant is layered with financial inclusion support, social security awareness, and training in agricultural practices, including organic farming. Median annual revenue grew 33% and income grew 24% year on year, with the fastest gains among lower-income women. 79% of farmers repaid their grant despite there being no formal enforcement mechanism.
