Strengthen the systems that turn public policy into citizen outcomes.

We work with the government at local, state and national levels to improve program design, convergence, implementation and evidence. We also mobilise private and philanthropic capability where it can add value.

We build on existing public infrastructure and mandates rather than creating parallel systems.

  • Last-mile scheme enablement and citizen mobilisation.

  • Convergence across departments, missions and partners.

  • Monitoring, evaluation and policy feedback.

  • Capacity building for field cadres and institutions.

How we work

We build on existing public infrastructure and mandates. Our role is to reduce friction between systems, strengthen execution, and help partners act on the same evidence. We do not create a parallel government system.

Nano and micro entrepreneurs stay invisible to lenders without formal documentation or a credit history. Samhita helps them complete Udyam registration and connect to government schemes, building a pipeline of documented, loan-ready borrowers. Alongside CGTMSE, we run awareness campaigns that make it easier for lenders to extend credit to first-time and thin-file borrowers. We also run a monitoring and evaluation system that tracks their growth, repayment, and income over time. Local partners, CSCs, skill councils, and community organisations extend this reach into rural and peri-urban areas that lenders cannot easily access alone.
